SonoHealth App is up and Running

Dear SonoHealth users, the App is now up and running. You now should be able to login. If you can please reset you password.

NOTE: If you deleted the App and lost data you can use the desktop software to capture old data from your EKGraph.

How to Fix 90% of Issues

There are thousands of different phones. Each device and phone combination is unique, you may encounter some errors. A fix that typical solves 90% of all issues is to RESET the EKGraph device. Press and Hold the Play button for 10 seconds. The device will reset and restart and your issue should be fixed.

√ RESOLVED - Date & Time Bug (Android Only)

√ RESOLVED: This bug has been resolved. If you are still experiencing this issue please make sure you have updated your app to the latest version.

PROBLEM: Our Android users may see a wrong date/time when Syncing data in the PM.

We are aware of this bug and are working on a fix ASAP.

Expected bug fix in the next day or so.

√ RESOLVED - DOB Bug (date of birth)

√ RESOLVED: This bug has been resolved. If you are still experiencing this issue please make sure you have updated your app to the latest version.

PROBLEM: When registering an account inside our SonoHealth App, you may encounter an issue where you cannot set your DOB year. It keeps scrolling back to 1973.

WORK AROUND: While we are working on a fix, you can simply put in a random DOB, and register your account. Once a fix is made you will be able to go back into your Profile Settings and change the DOB to your real DOB.

  1. App crashes when I try to synchronize or remove old history.

    1. Tried 10 sec. Reset to change date and time, but did not work. Also tried changing screen time from 30 to 15 sec. All it did was try to make the change but did not. Need more suggestions.

      1. I did that but found out you have to synchronize it back up for the seconds to change. Then it will be correct.

    1. Yes. Same problem of app dead. It is a bug that is probably due to erase function clearing too much or possibly not enough memory. I reported it several weeks ago.

  2. I am a new user. Does anyone know a time frame for the app to be fixed ?
    Does this happen often or did I just buy in at a bad time ?
